  • Arrange meetings, present samples and develop opportunities suited to the customer’s budget, quantity and deadline.
  • Support supplier registration and tender enquiries with management-approved documents and pricing.

2. Consultative sales and quotations

  • Capture clear briefs covering products, quantities, branding method, artwork, sizes, delivery location, budget and required date.
  • Recommend suitable products and alternatives, working with the Dubai team to confirm availability, cost and production timelines.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals; follow up consistently and record the next action for every active opportunity.
  • Negotiate within approved pricing and discount limits. Obtain management approval for exceptional discounts, credit terms or commitments.
  • Secure written order confirmation, purchase orders and agreed deposits before releasing work under company procedures.
  • Cross-sell relevant products and services while protecting agreed profit margins.

3. Account management and repeat business

  • Provide prompt, professional responses to customer enquiries during agreed working hours.
  • Keep customers informed about quotations, artwork approvals, production progress and delivery arrangements.
  • Follow up after delivery, resolve concerns with the relevant team and identify reorder opportunities.
  • Maintain an account calendar for seasonal gifting, events, uniform replenishment and regular print requirements.
  • Build relationships with multiple contacts in each account and request introductions and referrals where appropriate.

4. Production coordination, visits and deliveries

  • Obtain written approval of artwork, product specifications and deadlines before production.
  • Coordinate with design, sourcing, production and logistics teams; communicate changes promptly.
  • Attend customer meetings and present or collect samples.
  • Carry out occasional suitable customer deliveries and obtain delivery acknowledgement; coordinate larger or frequent deliveries with logistics.
  • Plan local routes efficiently and submit approved business travel expenses with supporting records.

5. Payment follow-up and reporting

  • Submit a weekly summary of new prospects, meetings, quotations, orders, expected sales, collections and support needed.
  • Maintain a realistic sales forecast and work towards agreed sales and gross profit targets.
  • Protect customer information and use company-approved communication and recordkeeping tools.

Your salary, commission and bonuses

The fixed monthly salary is AED 3,500. Commission is additional and uncapped. Approved business fuel, parking and toll expenses are reimbursed separately under company policy.

Commission rates
Customer / order typeCommission
New customer personally acquired by you: eligible orders during the first six months from the customer’s first qualifying collected sale10% of eligible gross profit
Repeat orders from that customer after the first six months, while you actively manage the account5% of eligible gross profit
Existing company customers and company-assigned inbound leads managed by you5% of eligible gross profit

How commission is calculated

Eligible gross profit = sales value excluding VAT, after discounts and credits, minus direct product, production, outsourced branding and order delivery costs. It is calculated before sales commission and target bonuses. Salary and general office overheads are not deducted in this calculation.

Example: An eligible new-customer order worth AED 10,000 excluding VAT has AED 7,000 in direct costs. Gross profit is AED 3,000. Your commission is 10% × AED 3,000 = AED 300. At the 5% existing-account rate, the same order earns AED 150.

Monthly targets and onboarding

Our starting target plan allows time to learn the products and build a pipeline. Targets are confirmed in writing before joining and reviewed against the territory and available opportunities.

PeriodMonthly qualifying sales, excluding VATMonthly qualifying gross profit
Month 1AED 20,000AED 6,000
Month 2AED 35,000AED 10,500
Month 3 onwardsAED 50,000AED 15,000

Target achievement bonuses

You must achieve both the sales and gross profit thresholds for a tier. Only the highest qualifying bonus is paid each month; bonuses are not added together. Commission remains additional.

Standard targets from Month 3 onwards
AchievementQualifying salesQualifying gross profitMonthly bonus
100%AED 50,000AED 15,000AED 500
120%AED 60,000AED 18,000AED 1,000
150%AED 75,000AED 22,500AED 1,500

During Months 1 and 2, the same bonus amounts apply at 100%, 120% and 150% of the corresponding onboarding sales and gross profit targets.

Visualise your earning potential

These examples use the standard Month 3 onwards targets and assume all orders qualify for the 10% new-customer commission, all direct costs are confirmed and customer payments are fully collected. A 30% gross margin is assumed for illustration; actual margins vary.

Monthly salesGross profitCommissionBonusSalary + incentives
AED 25,000AED 7,500AED 750AED 0AED 4,250
AED 50,000AED 15,000AED 1,500AED 500AED 5,500
AED 60,000AED 18,000AED 1,800AED 1,000AED 6,300
AED 75,000AED 22,500AED 2,250AED 1,500AED 7,250

Mixed customer portfolio example: AED 50,000 qualifying sales produces AED 15,000 gross profit: AED 10,000 from qualifying new accounts and AED 5,000 from existing accounts. Commission = (10% × AED 10,000) + (5% × AED 5,000) = AED 1,250. With AED 3,500 salary and the AED 500 target bonus, total monthly earnings are AED 5,250.

These are worked examples, not guaranteed earnings. Reimbursed expenses are separate from salary and incentives. As you develop more accounts and profitable orders, uncapped commission provides additional earning potential.

Clear rules for fair incentive payments

  • Commission is earned from the first eligible order; reaching the monthly target is not required to earn commission.
  • Orders must be delivered, invoiced, fully paid and have their direct costs confirmed before qualifying for commission and target calculations. An order is counted once, in the month all these conditions are met.
  • Late customer payments move the order’s incentive eligibility to the month it qualifies. Partial deposits do not qualify on their own.
  • Customer ownership and whether a lead is personally sourced or company-assigned must be recorded and agreed in the CRM. Shared-account arrangements must be agreed before quotation.
  • Only one commission rate applies to an order. The higher new-customer rate ends after the customer’s first six-month qualifying period.
  • Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify; credit notes and returns adjust eligible profit and incentives under the written plan.
  • Accounts provides a monthly calculation statement. Eligible incentives are paid with the following month’s payroll after reconciliation.
  • Pricing, discounts and credit terms must follow company approval procedures. The final offer includes the agreed salary, targets and incentive terms.

How we support you and measure success

You will receive product and process training, access to company sales materials and CRM tools, and support from our Dubai team for quotations, artwork, production and logistics.

Starting weekly activity expectations are 40 new prospect contacts, five customer meetings and eight qualified quotations, alongside timely follow-ups and accurate CRM records. We review these after the first month. Results are assessed through profitable sales, new accounts, repeat business, customer service and payment collection. Sales and business development remain your main focus; delivery tasks are occasional.
