3. Sampling. A pre-production sample is produced, revised where needed, and signed off by you.
4. Production. The bulk run is manufactured against the approved sample, with progress reporting.
5. Inspection. The batch is inspected at the factory before it ships.
6. Shipping, clearance & delivery. Goods move by air or sea, clear UAE customs, and are delivered to your door — or held for staged distribution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a sourcing partner, or can I buy from China myself?

You can absolutely source directly — our UAE buyer’s guide shows how. A managed service earns its place when the order is custom-made, deadline-critical or large enough that a quality or customs problem would be expensive. You are paying for verification, inspection and accountability, not just introductions.

Can you work with a supplier I have already found on Alibaba?

Yes. We can verify the supplier, manage sampling and inspection, and handle freight and UAE customs for an order you have already negotiated — a common starting point for clients who found a product but do not want to carry the import risk alone.

What are typical minimum order quantities?

As a rule of thumb: 100–300 pieces per style for custom apparel and textiles, from around 1,000 pieces where custom moulds or tooling are needed, and 500–1,000 pieces for printed packaging. Final MOQs depend on the factory and specification, and we negotiate the lowest workable run.

How long does a project take end to end?

Around 4–8 weeks door-to-door by air and around 10–14 weeks by sea, including sampling and production. Custom tooling and peak shipping seasons extend this — start from your deadline and work backwards with us.

How do you control quality from Dubai?

Nothing ships without an approved pre-production sample, and batches are inspected at the factory against that sample before dispatch. The same sign-off discipline governs our own Dubai production — see our quality control and delivery process.

What happens with customs, duty and VAT?

We prepare the shipping documentation and clear the goods through UAE customs as part of the service. Most product categories attract 5% import duty on CIF value plus VAT; our quotation shows the landed cost up front.

How is my design and IP protected?

Your designs remain your property. Files are shared only with the shortlisted factories quoting your project, and non-disclosure agreements are available on request before anything is sent.

How do I start?
